Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Trip Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
AI Trip Tracker is a web-based travel itinerary management application that uses artificial intelligence to parse booking confirmations from emails or pasted text. The Service provides organized trip views, real-time flight tracking, push notifications, ride-sharing requests, and trip sharing capabilities. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription & Billing
AI Trip Tracker offers the following subscription terms:
- Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Annual Subscription: After the trial period, continued access requires a subscription at $24.99 per year, billed annually.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking data.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to the AI parsing engine, user interface, design, logos, and documentation -- are the exclusive property of AI Trip Tracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited right to use the Service; it does not transfer any ownership rights.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of parsed itinerary data, flight status information, or delay predictions. Always verify critical travel details with your airline or booking provider.
- We are not liable for missed flights, incorrect gate information, or any travel disruptions arising from reliance on the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us. We may also discontinue the Service entirely with 60 days' notice to active subscribers.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance.
